Our juices are cold pressed through a process of trituration and hydraulic press. The reason is simple: the juices are cold pressed to ensure the nutrients and goodness remain in tact, the process is slow - even laborious - but the juices are the best you can buy because of this two fold process. We bottle using glass because we don’t like PBA's. Our juices can be stored chilled for up to 3 days. After that both the nutritional flavours and content will be compromised. This is a fresh, unpasteurized product and if you are immune suppressed, old or very young, then you should check with your Doctor before consuming. These juices are delicious, fresh but again, they are unpasteurized, hence their nutritional benefits. We do two sizes: 500 ml and 250 ml. We also offer juicing programmes for those who are looking for longer benefits: when you buy 4 juices of any one size, you receive a 5th juice with our compliments.
